With a sigh, Daniel stood. His mother was the only one who got away with using his true name. "Fine. Just don't follow me tonight. Nina said she has something planned."
Knowing what the two of them were like, she laughed, the sound echoing slightly. /I wont. I love you./
Daniel turned, hoping to catch a glimpse of her, but by then she had already become nothing more than mist in the night air. Shaking his head at her, a small smile formed upon his lips. "I love you too." he said, before doing as he was told and heading for home.
